Swallow Union Hosts It’s Annual Frightful Feast
At the end of each October, the hallways and lunchroom of Swallow Union take on a Halloween inspired theme for the annual Frightful Feast. This year was no exception.
Decorations, which are done by the students, are hung throughout the halls and lunchroom. As kids arrive with their families, you see them pointing out their special piece of artwork. Students and their families arrive at their designated seating and are served dinner by the 4th grade students, who are dressed in costume, eagerly waiting to serve families at each seating. After serving dinner, the kids top of the evening with a frightful song fest.
This is an annual "fun"draiser that the Swallow Union community looks forward to each fall. Marie Sebastyn, currently Vice President of the APT, has organized this event, over the last few years. Marie couldn’t have accomplished the evening without the support of the many volunteers who supported this event.
The APT would like to thank everyone at Swallow Union who volunteered for this event and for the continued support from the Swallow Union community.
