GROTON -- The Groton-Dunstable Regional School Committee last night approved a three-year contract with incoming Superintendent of Schools Joseph Mastrocola, paying him an annual salary of $157,000. The committee will conduct a performance review of Mastrocola annually and provide a raise if deemed appropriate, according to the committee
